Civic Society … in Chicago

In a couple of hours I’m off to Chicago to participate in an Open Space sponsored by GiftHub and Wealth Bondage, focused on ways to enhance the possibilities for engaging in civil dialogue, giving and doing good.

From there, off to Toronto to meet up with Dave Pollard and talk about the sociology of interconnectedness and other related subjects in which he and I share an interest.

Hi Jon,

Met up with Roland Tanglao and Cyprien Lomas here in Vienna. It was great! Envy you meeting Dave. Maybe a Canadian tour to meet bloggers is a good idea to plan as a summer holiday :)

Hi, Ton. It’s great to hear from you, and I wish I could have been there. I have yet to go through all the material that has been blogged … I certainly like Lee Bryant’s presentation that Flemming posted. It also looks like (from Roland’s blog) that Elmine’s presentation was very interesting … and deep.

I have very fond memories of Enschede.
