End Of Year Testing

I’ve just gotten my PC back … and I’ve just installed Qumana LE.

It really is now the simplest way from higlighting and dargging microcontent to publishing it on your blog.

Drag n’ blog.  Doubleclick, type, then post.  Wow !

I honestly can’t conceive of how it might get any easier than this (also testing WYSIWYG)

I am not aware of any blog editor or blog client that functions as easily, and that has as many accessible features.

Here’s to 2005.
Powered By Qumana

Very impressive piece of software, Jon.

Hey, Harry … how would you know ? You run a Mac, right ?

And … if you’ve tried it out somewhere else and found it impressive as you say, perhaps you could help me make it as clear as possible why it’s 1) impressive and 2) highly useful … so that I can find more than about 30 - 50 people who want to try it.

I was judging from the tests on this blog. I got rid of the last Windows box in the house shortly before Qumana was released, unfortunately. I couldn’t keep up with the damage caused by careless users.

But. . . judging from what I’ve seen, here are it’s strong points.

1) It allows you to compose a post as an integrated whole, with styling, free of the need to master code.

2) It’s straightforward drag and drop with any media.

3) It is a full WYSIWYG editor.

I think one thing that would help is a side by side feature chart comparing it to Macromedia’s “Contribute”. As far as I can tell, it does everything Contribute does for $60 less.
