.. after an overnight "red-eye" flight from Montreal.
How wonderful to be here again, and to be greeted at the airport by Bertrand (Duperrin). The first three espressos came after climbing off the RER that took us into central Paris, and just before going to the blueKiwi offices on Boulevard Poissoniere to meet the blueKiwi team.
The next three were measured out over the next two hours (lunch etc.), and I will have to stay awake long enough to have dinner at a reasonable (Parisien) hour, so that I can slip into the rhythm in this time zone and not wake up at 3h30 am.
So very nice to be back here …

Ever since we bought an espresso machine a few months back that has been my daily consumption. A double to wake me up at 6am, a single at 8am to start work, another around 10:30 or 11 then again at 1 and the last between 4 and 5 – then I call it quits for the day

Hi Jon, welcome again to this side of the Atlantic, in the EU. Enjoy your stay in Paris! Will you be venturing northward as well, e.g. Amsterdam?

Zut, alors !
Doug, it was a bit much for me (I do have a ritual like yours, but from 6h30 am till 9h00 am. But, the goal was accomplished .. I stayed upright long enough to have a great sleep from 10h00 pm till 8h30 am, and am now enjoying a beautiful sunny mid-November day in Paris. Watch for photos !
Ton .. hi ! Still trying to decide between A’dam, Barcelona and Fes, Morocco for a 4-day side trip.
